More unethical billing practices from UNC Healthcare. Dr. Joseph wasted much of my afternoon making me repeat myself over and over and correct him over and over, segment by segment, to the point that I was dehydrated and very hungry by the time I finally got out to do my labs. And now they are charging ME $163 extra above my copay for "prolonged outpatient" ie my time that he wasted - out of pocket because insurance won't cover the extra codes since they shouldn't have happened in the first place! The nursing staff, Susan and Rose were amazing! Highly recommend if you need an iron infusion.
I absolutely loved the people and doctors.
