I have a procedure scheduled in 2 days. They never sent the instructions and they don't answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 days
After the most disappointing responses I initially received in trying to see Dr. Dougherty, I finally got to see him for a consultation. He then did an endoscopy on me this past week at the Raleigh Endoscopy Center. Dr. Dougherty is a wonderful doctor. At my consultation he answered every one of my questions and he was very patient with all my concerns and demonstrated a true excellent bedside manner. I will stay with him as my gastroenterology specialist!
What an amazing experience! who can say that about a colonsopy? From the time I arrived, I felt like a person, not just someone being pushed through a procedure. Excellent preoperative health care professionals who took the time to explain every detail of the procedure. Each person took the time to introduce themselves and what they would be doing.
