I had a wonderful experience here with my 5 month old son. The rads tech was amazing with him and treated our entire family with such care and respect.
Always friendly and pleasant as I enter the office. The staff is very professional and prompt. Even though I have not received my results yet, since I just had my mammogram today, I’m feeling confident and blessed. I would rate my experience every year a (12).!! It wonderful to go into a facility and get great care when your anxiety can be through the roof.!
was told my xray would be uploaded to my patient portal to see results. That was 5 hours ago. Now Ive been on hold trying to reach someone for 20 minutes and no one will answer. Finally got a hold of someone and all she did was act rude and talk over me the entire time. I told her 3 times why I was calling and she still acted like she didn’t know why. Because she didn’t actually listen to what I was saying. Dont come here if you want timely results, people to actually do what they say theyre going to do, or nice receptionist... read more
