Precise and to the point. Exactly what I expect from a doctor. He and his staff are friendly and listen to what you have to say. Very helpful. Did a great job on my knee. Already have recommended him to other people.

A friend recommended coming here to see dr Cooley. There office staff is very unfriendly and rude to say the least. From the first time of arriving and leaving after the appt as well as the follow up visit. I definitely do not recommend dr. Cooleys office for and kind of service. Also never received a phone call from the dr following up after an MRI was done with results. I had to calm the office the following week and they acted like wasn't a big deal or apologetic. Awful service!

This Doctor does not care about his patients. Routinely books 4 appointments at the same time. Wife waited 1 1/2 hours to see the Doctor. On the return visit, he told her he could not do anything and charged us for the visit. He could not call? No he made her come in so he could charge her. Rex Cooley took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income.

I visited Dr Cooley for a hip problem. I found him friendly, very informative and helpful. He didn't rush the session. Treatment is just medication at this point. He had me set up a follow-up appointment, but told he that I could cancel that appointment if the medication did the job. I appreciated both the planning ahead and avoiding another visit if it wasn't necessary. His staff was courteous and professional.
