I highly recommend Luke Smith and REX Realty in selling your home. Mr. Smith and his staff, especially Veronica, were professional, courteous and kept me up to date in the selling of my home. I was also especially pleased that REX Realty has an in-house escrow firm. I found this very helpful as a seller.

This is not for everyone. We formally contracted Rex to sell our home, we worked with them for almost 5 months including the "high season" in the summer of 2019. While individually every team member we met was nice and professional, collectively the experience for us was extremely dissatisfying, fragmented and lacking real estate expertise. I am a licensed Texas REALTOR and saw an ad this evening advertising a 2% listing fee. I clicked through the website looking at the homes for sale and I can't toggle through pictures. Because of this, I looked up the exact address on my Houston Association of Realtors site and then googled the address...they're not even for sale. Also, the one's that showed "sold," were also not listed. I only rated this firm because it was necessary to do so to leave the review. Frankly, I cannot even rate this firm. I tried to elicit Rex's involvement in buying a condo (I am a ready cash and/or qualified buyer). I called and left a message (answering party said she would have the agent, Sydney Howard in Woodland HIlls, CA, contact me. She never called me back. I am trying to make an appointment for one of their properties. No one ever answers the phone! They will call you back eventually (left a message at 9 am got a call back at 1:36 pm) but forget about a morning appointment if you live on the east coast because they are located on the west coast and they only have 1 person manning the phones at starting at 10 am EST.
