I have been coming to Rex for grooming for a while. I don’t know who groomed our boys, but after today, I will not be back. EVER! Besides the regular disorganization of the front reception area, they have become increasingly rude. When my boys came out, my terrier wanted to race out the door and our Frenchie was barely in his collar and they just handed me his harness—that’s not how we should receive our babies back. Thank you Brianne for doing a fantastic job with my little Shih Tzu. I can tell that she was happy with her grooming experience.
My shy and skittish dog will only let Brianne do her nails here. We get the dremel trim and Brianne is always so gentle and patient. The bath tubs are also awesome. It's so much easier to manage a nervous dog when the bath is elevated and everything you need is already set up. Thanks Rex!
They cut my puppies skin so bad I pay $80. I told them just dont cut puppies skin. They don't care.After 2 weeks my puppie have still pain .They cut my puppies nepples with clippers, still doe nor recover. Never ever in this shop, I am so mad .
The groomers at Rex do an amazing job. We've had Eric and Julio, and my pup Maple always looks (and smells) great when I pick her up! It's clear how much they care for the dogs and their work. Maple always comes out very happy and full of energy! Definitely recommend 😊
