When we moved to Seattle from Austin in 2017 after having an amazing in-home groomer, we were skeptical of all places. We researched quite a bit and took a chance on Rex. Almost three years later, with four to five visits per year, we can say with all confidence and reassure others that this place is one of the few that has amazing team members with great talent. Excellent results! The staff are all warm and inviting. They understood what I wanted for my dogs grooming. And they exceeded my expectations. My dog looks amazing and I’m sure he feels better now after the brush and trim. Special thanks to Nate.

This place has gone absolutely down hill since Tomy left. I've been taking my dogs here since 2013 and today a girl who works there accused me of complaining for the sake of complaining just to get my money back. My dogs ended up getting cut by a groomer named Kevin. When I picked them up, I noticed he did not trim their ears or tails at all.
