Jen and Pedro are awesome. All I needed was a ring sized down but they charged me less than any of the other jewelry stores I talked to. Plus, Jen cuts her own gemstones and they let you do custom designs and more. It's am awesome place - especially if you try to avoid chain companies. Loved my whole experience and plan to keep them as my jewellers.
I've been using Revolution Jewelry Works for several years now. I like them so much that even though I've moved to Texas, I wait until I go back to Colorado Springs to visit friends if I need help designing a new piece of fine jewelry. I find the staff helpful and patient. The quality for the price is very good.

Their team is so friendly, and the work they do is beautiful! I needed my wedding rings re-tipped and sized, and they not only did a beautiful job, but they did it 3 days sooner than expected as well!
The customer service here is unbeatable. They're quick correspondents and are really good about keeping you updated. They are also incredibly kind and patient. I brought in some loose gold from panning in the Rockies and a pair of gems I bought overseas into Revolution Jewelry Works without any real idea what to do with them besides getting earrings made. The staff was patient and walked me through every step of the design process to get me exactly what I wanted. Knowing gold panning was a hobby, they invited me to come see the smelting and casting process, which was really awesome. They are my wife's favorite pair of earrings.
