I started going to Dr. Lauren when I was 32 weeks pregnant. Im now 35 weeks and she has been amazing! Getting my adjustments have helped me sleep so much better and learning my baby girl is breech last week Dr.Lauren has given me some homework and given adjustments to help her turn around. I would highly recommend anyone go see her especially if you are pregnant!
Chiropractic care and homework to the rescue! At our 35 week OB appointment we learned our son was breech and would probably need to do an ECV if he didn't turn on his own. Thankfully I had an appointment with Dr. Lauren Cost the next day and got some exercises from her to do in addition to the chiropractic care we already had going. When I went back to the OB a week later, he had turned all on his own so that meant no trip to the hospital!
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Lauren!!! I had gone through so much pain for such a long time and she was very positive that she could help me become pain free. After about a month of adjustments she has made me feel like a new person. She is always so positive and truly has a passion to help others. I cannot forget her staff........they are AWESOME!!! I recommend this group over and over again!!! Thanks for making me continue to become pain free.
Chiropractic at its finest, Dr. Lauren and her team are nothing but professional and so welcoming. This is such a great family practice focused on educating their practice members; the Jacksonville community is so blessed to have access to a principled Doctor focused on empowering the practice members and their bodies to reach their natural optimum potentials.
