The Revolution girls are absolutely amazing! I am lucky enough to say that I have taken spin classes with Amanda Rachel and Colleen and while they bring their own style, they are all equally wonderful and motivating instructors. I live in Rochester but whenever I come into town, fitting in a spin class at Revolution is a must. It's a very welcoming place. Totally appropriate classes for a beginner and advanced people. Excellent instructors, warm welcoming atmosphere, and kick ass fun classes!
Everything about Revolution Buffalo is amazing! Rachel, Amanda and Colleen are three of most inspirational women I have ever met in my life. They make class fun, yet challenging so you know you're getting a great workout. The positivity and energy that exudes Revolution is one of the best things to happen in WNY!
