You can't say a bad word about Revolution. As I lay dead on my floor from an intense workout an hour ago, I can't help but love it. Such a difference from the big chain gyms where you can hide in classes of 40+ people on Saturday's and not be noticed. The instructors of revolution take the time to meet you before class, motivate throughout, make sure you aren't cheating yourself with your workout, and then come and visit with you at the end of each class.
