I have been renting from John and his wife since 2010 and I have never had any issues, anytime there has been a problem he has sent someone right away. My air conditioner went out and the company he sent told him they fixed it when they did not and he was on the phone with them right away and I had air within a couple of hours. I have been a tenant of Mr John and his wife since 2016 and they are amazing. I do not know the wife personally but I have worked with Mr John for a long time and he is a wonderful landlord have moved into a home in 2016 that eventually in 2021 had to be sold by the owner, so quickly Mr John and his wife put me and my children Into a different home. Don't ever Rent one of John Properties worse landlord ever he will be nice at first then he will start being very Rude because his house has problems I will never again Rent one of his Properties the house had Plumbing problems and so much more!
Been renting from John going on 6 years. Love the house. He is a very good landlord. One of the best. If something is wrong. It's fixed asap. If something breaks. He has his people come to look at and fix quickly. I can't say enough good about it. He definitely is a very good landlord. Thank you John for everything u have done for me and my family
