I've had an absolutely fantastic experience living at this apartment community! The location is perfect — close to everything I need. What really sets this place apart is the office team. They’re always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made me feel valued as a resident.
Had a wonderful time meeting and talking with the manager Rachel. She was extremely professional and friendly. The tour was wonderful. She answered all my questions about some of my concerns I had about the property. Overall was a super nice experience! I do not usually leave reviews but when they are earned like this one was.
I recently had a tour with Stephen, for my cousin moving to town in a few months. Stephen was so nice and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He answered every one of my questions and I had a long list of them. He made me feel so welcome it was like I knew him for year’s. I called my cousin right away to tell her how beautiful and updated the community is and she has placed the Revl at the top of her list.
Ever since the new management company took over a little over a month ago, they have really turned this property into a more lively complex with reasonable and active staff. Shout out to Rachel and Jolee for taking care of business.
I have lived here for about a month now - and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! This new property management team is great - extremely responsive when it comes to questions and/or maintenance requests. The team goes above and beyond. For example, when I had COVID - they brought my groceries to my room via wagon. Excited to see all the great changes they’ve made to the property and excited for what’s in store.
