The amenities and guest parking are my favorite parts about living at Atlas N Lamar. Pickleball courts, sauna, pool, gym, ping pong, pool (the game), dog spa.. can’t get much better than that.

Atlas North Lamar checks every box. The units are bright with great layouts + high-end appliances. Amenities are next level: resort-style pool gym, coworking spaces that I used daily. But what really stands out is the staff. They remember your name, packages never go missing, and any issue gets fixed immediately Location is perfect too - 10 min to The Domain, easy access to I35 , Mopac. Renewing my lease for sure. Marcus At the leasing office is my Hero.
Atlas North Lamar has been a genuinely great place to live, and a big part of that comes down to the staff. Rachel, Daisy, and Marcus are easily some of the most helpful and genuine people. From the moment you walk through the door, someone is going out of their way to greet you. It is not the kind of hollow acknowledgment you get at some places. Atlas, has been one of best experiences I have had since moving to Austin. The whole leasing staff Rachel, Marcus, and Daisy go above and beyond for the residents. They are are so friendly and welcoming they treat this facility as their home and it truly shows. The maintenance team Jake, Rico and Juan are always working so hard to keep this property in tip top shape.
