I've only been here a month, and I'm already loving this apartment more than I expected. Property management has been incredibly friendly and communicative from day one (Marcus especially has gone above and beyond for my partner and I!), the maintenance team is awesome, works very quickly, and the property is overall very clean and quiet. My apartment is HUGE and has beautiful, thoughtful lighting, and I get the most natural light I've ever gotten living in Austin. My partner, best friend, & I recently moved into these apartments & were instantly in awe by the conditions of not only the unit, but the entire complex! Marcus Speed helped us get all moved in, enthusiastically explaining our amenities, the actual move in process (super easy access to unit via a freight elevator), & the history of the building. The apartment staff here is top-notch! Always courteous and helpful with questions and help requests. I have been here approx. 6 months and have seen continual improvements to the property, security and services over time. The convenience, amenities and location have been great for me. I have had no trouble, and staff has always been available and responsive to help. No complaints, only praise, will recommend to others! Amazing tour with Marcus Speed. Super informative and really sold me on the location.
I’ve waited to write this review, intentionally. Moved in 4 weeks ago. As a transplant I didn’t have the opportunity for a walkthrough. Just reviews and an Austinite’s insight into the area. Rachel and Marcus are both great. My biggest concern was the fact that I didn’t get to see the apartment before I moved in.
