I ran a marathon on March 25 which left me almost unable to walk. My wife encouraged me to go try some of the things that Cryotherapy offered. I was skeptical. Now I am not. The Cryotherapy, NormaTec and whole body stretching has provided incredible relief and recovery in 5 short days. Since Monday I have been 3 times and Dustin and Hope are two of the nicest people i have ever met. They take very good care of me and I could not give you a stronger recommendation!

RecommendedI experienced my first float today and it was so relaxing. I was honeslty a little nervous because sometimes I feel claustrophobic but I didn't feel that way at all. I was so relaxed and able to clear my mind. The staff at Revive Paducah is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

RecommendedIf you haven’t been to Revive Paducah - GO NOW. The float therapy is amazing, plus they offer tons of other services you can’t find anywhere else around here. Friendly, welcoming staff and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Great addition to Paducah!
I have knee issues. I had some minor inflammation in my right knee yesterday. I went and had full body cryotherapy and then had NormaTec therapy after. I had reduced swelling and better flexion after therapy. Staff caring and attentive. I would recommend to any with same issues. Thanks Dustin Hall.
