I was seen about my neck pain. The first visit went very well. Had to have physical therapy first before I could receive an update on an MRI of my neck. It's been over two months. Every time I call. I get told someone will look into it and call me back. I never get a call back or real explanation. I'm dealing with thumbness in both arms,and force to lay on my back due to pain and thumbness. It's affecting my job performance and my life. This is not professional at all.

I had an accident and messed up my neck at C4 with a vinous lake. After a few years, I couldn't stand the pain anymore, so I finally had my first appointment at ReVive. It was thorough, in-depth & he truly made me feel like he cared and believed me when I explained my symptoms and pain. I was scheduled for an MRI & another appointment. I ended up having a stemi heart attack and emergency surgery about a week before my MRI & follow up were scheduled.
