This was my first time doing my hair in almost two years so it was brittle and lifeless. Customer service is impeccable! From the receptionist to my stylist Keara! I went to the Mission Valley location and i loved everything! She was sweet and gave honest input before doing my hair. I loved the results needless to say! Coming back. Oh and they have wine

Too noisy outside the massage rooms. It is hard to relax with voices and clicking heels of emplooyees walking by the door.

Michaela really takes her time and makes sure my hair is perfect. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does and it makes all the difference.
