Only good thing about this place is it's quiet and the maintenance guys are nice. They seemingly lie about having cleaners clean the apartment which is concerning, 250$ just to find out the apartment was not touched by any cleaners whatsoever and I was promptly refunded. Mediocre quality of everything inside, dishwasher is dirty and old and now won't close. Dryer was broken when we arrived, was replaced with an even dirtier dryer that has now broken. Tried to tour this location on two separate times, and they were not present for both. Extremely unprofessional and we won't be leasing here it seems
When I moved in, the apartment smelled like marijuana. When I informed management, they denied it, claiming the complex was smoke-free. It took us several weeks to get rid of the smell, and management never followed up or showed concern. Additionally, security was poor despite the surrounding area being unsafe. The metal fence around the complex had a hole, and it took them a very long time to fix it. By the time they did, both my car and a neighbor's car had been stolen.
I had the pleasure of meeting Belle. She is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that we the customers are taken care of. Belle has a warm and friendly demeanor, making every interaction a positive experience. Whether it’s answering questions or offering assistance. She does everything with a smile on her face.
Our move-in experience here was fantastic! Belle was sweet and a pleasure to communicate with. She explained the process, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured our apartment was ready and all our details taken care of. Recommend 10/10.
