Disgrace. Stay away from this office and robots that work at the frond desk. Flat out rude, no smiles. Came for an appointment on time at 9:45. Until 11:15 didn’t get to see the doctor. 5 people came in before us. On my question why we had an appointment they replied it’s just to secure your spot 🤡🤡🤡🤡 they are a joke, greedy and unprofessional
I recently visited Doctor Henrys on January 9, 2026, after being referred to him by my previous orthopedic doctor and had a wonderful first visit. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was professional and inviting. Doctor Henrys has exceptional communication, strong interpersonal, and active listening skills. He was very attentive to my concerns and conducted a thorough examination. I felt truly heard and never rushed. Highly recommend this office for their compassionate and organized care.
El doctor una bella persona buen trato al paciente pero las asistentes son muy mal educadas se rieron en mi cara cuando le reclamé por la espera cuando yo llegué con mi hija me dijeron con mucho carácter es turno es para la 1 y 15 y pasada esa hora le reclamé pues yo tenía q ir a trabajar y una de ellas se rio en mi cara muy mala atención de parte de esas muchachas para hacer ese tipo de trabajos se necesita empatía y buen carácter pues todos los q vamos allí es por algún problema de salud
Dr. Henrys is a kind doctor with good bedside manner, however, the office is always super crowded and it takes FOREVER to be seen. The purpose of an appointment is to try and avoid long waits. There is absolutely no consideration for the patient’s time and therefore I cannot in good Faith refer anyone to this office/doctor.
Dr Henry is a very good and very professional orthopedic Dr "he's kind and compassionate
