Poor management Poor management and a tenants constantly smoking weed, their air conditioning always has a fault especially in summer. Homeless constantly roaming around the place with most time no security

Revival Biltmore I've lived in this complex for almost a year, and the majority of the time my experience has been very positive. This complex is quiet, close to lots of restaurants and entertainment, and they have been working towards improving the property grounds the entire time I've lived here (without raising my rent a penny when I renew my lease!). Bad Bad management!!!! I stayed at this complex for 4 months, I was paying the month to month , anyways I was their when new management took over and it was the worst customer service in an apt I ever experienced, the staff is very unprofessional, they do not know how to run an apt complex. The so called " property owner" is supposedly stationed in Canada, so he Is unreachable for anybody. Warren House East Close to the Biltmore area, this apartment complex rocks! There are grocery stores, restaurants, and convenient stations all around me. Two years ago, I lost my job, my duplex, and my access to friends and family up in northern AZ. Then, I lost use of my hands-man, low blow..but I came to Warren House East and they provide everything that I need. They even change your lightbulbs for you!
