HRV unit did not work after 1 year, as a homeowner by the time you realize the warranty is over. If you call for the inquiry they send you to contractors without knowing the issue. Contractors don’t make the machines, you guys make. I tried troubleshooting everything (mentioned in their manual) to find the root cause (including buying the switch which costed me $100 bucks!! Super expensive for just a switch) nothing works. Don’t know if the HRV ever worked in my home.
I called to find out if a part was available and someone answered the phone after 2 rings. I visited the store in Woodbridge and had the pleasure of speaking with Hamid. Very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get the exact part I was looking for with additional improvments !! Good customer service here !
