We hadn't even come in for an appointment yet, we got no reminders & when I called 23 hours in advance to reschedule after having to look them up online (since there was no reminder call, text or email), the receptionist told me that there would be a $75 cancellation fee! I told her that it was still before 10 am (the 24 hour notice) in Las Vegas where we were, but to no avail.
