Outstanding. Told me everything I needed to know
Dr. Richardson and Alison are so helpful when it came to treating my acne and hyperpigmentation. They listen to my concerns and I always walk out of the office feeling better about my skin issues!
She was very positive and she listen to my needs.
Dr. Richardson is so friendly and so easy to talk to. She asked me about any concerns I might have and listened to me. She made me feel so comfortable and didn't try and rush through the appointment. The last dermatologist I went to made me feel like I was in an assembly line and didn't listen to me. NOT Dr Richardson. I will definitely not go anywhere else.
Very professional and answered all questions.
As always, a very pleasant experience.
