My husband bought my beautiful wedding ring from Revell Jewelers 6 years ago, I work in healthcare and I’m not the best about getting into the store for frequent ring cleanings and check ups. I lost a small diamond on my ring, took it in to have it replaced. They cleaned my ring and replaced the small diamond at no charge!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! Wonderful customer service!! High quality jewelry with a small town friendly atmosphere!
They listen to what YOU want they are nice they are there to make you feel great an it was over all wroth the trip you got to check them out
Everyone that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have had them make 2 custom rings for me and I’m so happy with both of them. The craftsmanship and quality is out of this world. I’m so happy that all work is done on site and all communication is excellent when working with your vintage jewelry and turning into something even more special. I highly recommend them and I will be back with more custom design ideas! A special thank you to Missy that helped us with our latest purchase!

I’ve been with James since the day he opened his first shop. The man and his staff are simply the best. They all understand what it truly means to get to know you personally as well as know exactly what it is you’re looking for or want made. I’ll never go anywhere else in the world, let alone the Quad Cities. James is a man of his word and always greets you with a smile and leaves you with a firm handshake. Every experience I have had at Revell Jewelers has been a positive one, whether shopping or repairs or just looking. The staff is always friendly and never pushy. My jewelery I have purchased is so beautiful and on tend and I love that James makes / creates it himself! I love that repairs are done "in house".
