Beware!! A ring I bought was tampered with by them and the owner has refused to even speak with me about it let alone fix it even though I paid extra for a warranty! Revell Jewelers staff helped design all of my wife's wedding jewelry and let me pick out multiple wedding bands. Missy worked with us every step of the way to make sure each custom piece was perfect and budget friendly!
My husband got my engagement ring here, as well as our wedding bands. The staff at Revell Jewelers went above and beyond when 5 years later my engagement ring lost a small stone in the halo surrounding my center diamond. They replaced the diamond free of charge. Did not expect this and was so thankful they did this for me.
Have always had excellent service. Missy and all the others are exceptional in customer service. Repairs are done quickly and with great results. Highly recommend Revell Jewelers.
