I helped my parents move into this apartment complex this past Saturday. Nearly 3 decades of renting experience all over Los Angeles County, and hands down, after only a couple of days, easily the worst experience we've ever had (myself, my parents, my sisters). All the staff has been extremely helpful. Angelica spoke with me today and answered all my questions. The office and maintenance staff are very quick to help and fix things whenever they're brought up. Maintenance fixes things the very next day, typically, and they're very mindful of keeping the apartment clean and organized which is much appreciated. This is one of the worst apartments. And the management, who does not care about the problems of the tenants. They only care about money. Yes, we lived there for 3 years, paid regularly. Homeless people were constantly washing in our pool. One of them lived there behind the fence in a car and used all the amenities of the apartment, she even had a key to the door!
