Great apartment complex. I moved in in August and really enjoy living here. The amenities are great (sauna, spa, pool, nice gym, putting greens), it's pretty quiet for an apartment complex, the maintenance workers are prompt and have addressed all of our requests right away. All around I think I got a pretty great deal.
I moved in 3 months ago into this beautiful community, Or so, I thought. Until the kitchen appliances started breaking down. Not to mention the bathroom cabinet fell on top of my daughter, wait! If you're a fan of bathroom rusted light fixtures along with Niagara Falls leaks from the ceiling at 3:00 a.m. This is your "Dream Home," ah yeah don't worry about anyone disturbing you especially the "Maintenance Staff" between their scheduled office hours of 8-6 upon requesting a service call don't count on them for 911 repairs,. I helped my parents move into this apartment complex this past Saturday. Nearly 3 decades of renting experience all over Los Angeles County, and hands down, after only a couple of days, easily the worst experience we've ever had (myself, my parents, my sisters). First of all, there is no management or leasing office on site, and no one answers the phone, it keeps going to voicemail and even then they don't follow up. All the staff has been extremely helpful. Angelica spoke with me today and answered all my questions. The office and maintenance staff are very quick to help and fix things whenever they're brought up. Maintenance fixes things the very next day, typically, and they're very mindful of keeping the apartment clean and organized which is much appreciated.
