My experience with Mary Lou was great. I came in there in pretty bad shape. I was suffering from sciatica and couldn’t sit or bend over. My symptoms were going on for couple months. Was very worried and depressed. But with each visit we focused on areas to strengthen my core without aggravating the nerve. Slowly but surely things started to get better. Im around 70 percent better than I was when I fire arrived. I would recommend her if you’re experiencing any back pain or relief.
I highly recommend Dr. Garcia!!! She is VERY knowledgeable and does an amazing job! I have struggled with migraines for several years. They had been getting steadily worse. I was trying all sorts of different prescription medications with minimal relief. My favorite part about this treatment and type of care is that I’m being taught how to help myself. I came here with a hip injury which caused lots of pain and imbalance.
