I’ve purchased 5 cars and haven’t had an issue. Until my last transaction. Where Dan the owner took my Nissan in as trade plus 9 thousand dollars and put the rest of the owned amount on my new car. What he didn’t do was pay off the car I traded in or makes the payments on time . In fact he missed two payments causing my credit score to lower 100 points. Jeremy was very nice but when greeted by Estanban he told me hey you look very familiar I said mabe from t.v?since me an my husband are In my family business commercial but instead he said no you look like you an your husband are from America most wanted ? You tell me that is professional? No that was rude an degrading.. the owner claims Estanban has great service ok but that was not the case for us..
