They refused to get a scale I could weigh in with. there current scale only goes to 300lbs I am more than that .told me they would get one and just kept putting me off every time I asked they said we are getting it .never did that have tens or thousands of dollars in equipment and could not get a scale then when I canceled they charged a bunch of money and where very rude very upset and disappointed � not to mention being embarrassed about even having to ask them . BS
Need more cleaning staff or front desk staff machines half of the time are not operating especially the treadmills now it’s sad because I pay so much a month you would think that this gym would be Great.. its not.. and the Arebathrooms Its barely cleaned as always an issue with no toilet paper or the lockers are dirty inside there’s no hand sanitizer and all over the gym there’s no wipes to wipe off the machines of paper towels !
Love the staff and the actual location. We switched from Planet Fitness to Youfit and we love our decision!
