I totally loved it it was great had a good workout not too many people girlfriend and I actually could do the treadmill side by side everyone was friendly clean and I will go back again.
I had a pretty good workout yesterday have to get back in shape was on the bike for about 45 minutes and worked on my stomach other than this lady on the phone the whole time talking out loud next to me talking other than that I had a good workout
The gym in Richardson is super clean with plenty of room to workout with. The management team is awesome, great atmosphere. Seidy is the best.
Worst gym in the metroplex. They've been through 4 GM's in 1 year. If that doesn't say anything about this place, I don't know what does.
Getting back into being healthy also would also like to meet some bodybuilder s to work out with for support. I used to be a body builder and I know what it takes to get back into it.
Went in to try for a month for $10...but the administration fee, of $45 makes it too much to 'Try' and see if it will work-out for me. (PUN INTENDED).
