Total scam artists! I walked in to cancel and they won't let you even if the contract is for 12 months. I was told that I need to pay for the 13th month. So they want to take away the card and the continue to charge automatically a credit card in perpitude. Very argumentative staff. Can't ask simple question of them as they talk over you. How is it that if you have a contract for 12 months, they can expect to extend it in definitely??? I made it clear that I was willing to pay for 12 months not 13, 14, 15! Great Staff! Amazing, location! Love to go in on my lunch hour, get in get out and get on with my day! I see familiar faces daily but honestly I'm not good with names! LOL
I really like the gym quite a bit. The only problem I have is that the showers are rarely clean. Every time I go in some inconsiderate patron has left behind their little empty water or shampoo bottles. While I don’t directly blame the staff, who I like. I know the girls up front can’t run in the men’s showers and clean up every few hours. If you use the showers please clean up after yourselves
