Easy to work with...made everything fall right into place for us...
My group has been coming to Steamboat for years and this is the first time we've stayed in a unit managed by Retreatia. In all those years, I have never experienced such a disappointment with the lodging or a management company in Steamboat. Needless to say, I'm never staying at Winterset 2 or any unit managed by Retreatia again and I'll warn anyone I know about Retreatia. Stayed at a house managed by this company. Called about a concern we had on our first day of our stay. Never took care of it. Upon check out, informed them about several other concerns we had and they had no apologies, etc. Would NOT stay at another property run by this management company. Very disappointed with their customer service.
My family and I have stayed at the Lodge on numerous occasions, and it is fantastic. We have always stayed in Unit A208 and it is great! It is a cozy condo with updated appliances, comfortable beds, and great decor. The location is perfect-- just a short walk to the gondola and ski village. I highly recommend the Lodge in Steamboat! We will be back again!
Retreatia has been wonderful to work with and I find that they provide a personal experience that you don't see from a lot of companies. They have a good knowledge of the area and have a nice variety of rentals which they furnish with high quality linens (unlike some other services) and products that make your stay more convenient. Michael and his staff are very prompt and great to work with.
Our family stayed at the Lodge A208 and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is beautiful. it's all been updated and is charming. The location is fantastic. We just walked across the street and were at the gondola and shops/restaurants. Most importantly the beds are so comfortable and the Lodge is quiet at night. We highly recommend it!
I stayed at Residences at Old Town C-4. This is a wonderful condo with an outstanding location. The unit is clean, spacious and updated. The kitchen is great. Best of all is the proximity to downtown dining and shopping. The unit is very convenient to shuttle stop for the mountain base. You really could get by without car here but there is an available parking spot (right in the center of downtown) Wonderful view right out the living room & bedroom windows of Howelsen Hill. Really can't beat the location of this unit !!
