We are staying at Timber Run and are completely disappointed. The condo that we reserved is NOT the condo we are staying in. Everything seems to be broken from the oven not working, water tastes bad (brown), the dishwasher is falling out and not attached, broken dresser drawers, throw up stains on the carpet etc. No one with Retreatia seems to be doing anything about this situation and finds that apologizing is a sufficient resolution. Highly deter anyone from using them.
We had a wonderful time at The Lodge in C107. The condo was clean, in a great location but was dated with a few issues. They sent someone over right away and took care of everything. They were very helpful in identifying the condo that best suited our needs and within our budget. The private shuttle was a great convenience but is priced way to high. There needs to be something in between $30 for Alpine and $300 for Retreatia's shuttle. That being said, our driver was so incredibly nice and informative. He made us feel like f... read more
Enjoying their service as I navigate the tedious task of comparing rental units!
We stayed at Canyon Creek in March 2017 and loved it. The condo was less than a 10 minute walk to the gondola and close to restaurants and Wild Plum grocery store. The condo was clean and had all the appliances and towels we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Retreatia was able to get us discounted lift tickets which was another big plus. We loved our stay in Steamboat and will definitely look to book our next trip through Retreatia and hopefully stay again at Canyon Creek!
