Go out of business. You people should be ashamed at the way you treated me. Canceled my reservation I had for 8 months , so they could get more money out of someone else. Disgraceful. I will let everyone know far and wide what you did.
This place is a joke! Disgusting room, totally70’s...every room smelled like stale cigarette smoke or old cottage- the linens were like from a decade ago - and every kitchen cabinet was sticky and needed to be washed after the cleaning people were here. Literally, found a dead fly in a wine glass. The linens were dirty, the TVs didn’t work and this is March Madness/ Spring Break. RecommendedWe booked the Owl Lodge with Retreatia for our “6th annual super bowl weekend ski vacation”. The house was massive and easily accommodated 5 couples. We also loved the stocked kitchen, and most importantly the location was fantastic.
Great team! We loved our stay in Steamboat Springs. Easy check in, great home, helpful suggestions and discounts.
I left a terrible review with the Pine Cabin at Perry Mansfield and have yet to receive any acknowledgement from Retreatia.
A group of 4 of us stayed for a week of snowmobiling. From the booking process right to the end of our trip everything was flawless. The condo was very spacious and clean. Bathrooms were stocked with amenities that you expect at a 5-Star hotel. Very pleased with our stay and we will be going back!
Stayed here 3 times and coming back for another in a few weeks. Great property and customer service!
