Donna at the Leasing office was an angel sent on our behalf trying to move from St. Louis to Knoxville for my daughter's internship. This is related to the rent and how they shift numbers around to make it suit them. RIDICULOUS!! The first pic you see is the first detail of the rent before I contested them about the spike in my water rate. Which again is billed not by usage but by the square footage and occupancy. I wasn't able to give them a zero however I wish I could because they don't deserve one. Do not move here! It's too late for me but it's not too late for you. The manager and office staff are not reliable and you will wait weeks before you hear anything from them. I was told that my apartment would be ready before moving in and nothing was done. I was told that things would be addressed after moving in and each time I messaged or called the office I am told I will hear from them another time. They don't own up to their wrong... read more
Rents went up in 2022 by 30% or more. The pool had algae growing in it, and repeated reports to the management were ignored. The laundry room has several rotten boards on the ramp, and it is filthy inside. The trash can is neglected, and trash is on the floor along with other debris. I don't think the floor has ever been mopped. Not very good maintenance for the price of rent.
