Don’t come here!!! Stay away!!! They will quote you a pedi/mani for $50.00 over the phone and ask when will you arrive BUT once you arrive, they will ask you to wait 30 minutes, however they will prioritize higher service (custom nail) clients. There is gentleman that always seems to be there, he’s usually walking around with a sour suspicious look on his face at all times. This is horribly uncomfortable for anyone. He never smiles. I got a manicure and pedicure and I have been coming here for almost 2 months now. I meet a woman named Ana, who works there, and she is so rude and she talks about you while you are sitting Infront of her. Not only that, but she has no friendliness and always upcharges you when its unwarranted. Would give 0 if i can.
I've gone to Retreat Nail spa for several months now and I like the way Linda listens and makes suggestions. My nails are really cute and natural looking. I also received a good Pedi from Kenneth.
Love getting my nails done here. I have been getting them done since they opened, and my natural nails grew a lot, we when from using acrylics to gel, always clean and a nice environment, it is so pretty and they have really nice massage chairs when getting the pedi, they offer a huge variety of pedi options, even a jello kind, super nice and friendly staff. Prices are amazing!
I have been coming to Retreat since it opened. Never once has the service declined. The shop is always clean and welcoming. Hannah, Quang and Linda are my go to people. Even my son loves to come and get pampered and they treat him with as much respect as any adult walking in. They never rush and always make you feel like a priority.
