Broken window at unit 322 amanda drive Lithonia GA 30058 I seen a Bum throw a rock into the widow on the leftside by the stairs in Dec. 2016. its Jul. 2017 and the widow is still broke. I have reported this to the apartment complex many times and they haven't fix the widow or the back gate where you can pull the gat with your hand and walk in hit the button and drive as many people in as you want. Too many Break-Ins and Tires being stolen I'm so tired of getting the letters from the leasing office about "Safety Precautions" that we need to take because this complex is not safe. They are always giving us letter about break-ins and most recently tires have been stolen. Don't move here...move somewhere else.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am currently a resident and the new management is horrible! They came in and never introduced themselves and were not polite when I first went in the office. Furthermore, they allowed the dumpsters to run over until corporate was called. What is more, we have had many break-ins. Unless you are close to the people getting their apartment broken into you are never provided a notice. The Apartment Oasis of Lithonia, GA I've lived in several apartment complexes and this by far has been the best overall experience I've had - out of all of them. My wife and I had our two children while living in this apartment complex. I have enjoyed our stay at the Retreat at Stonecrest and would highly recommend it to friends and prospective renters.
