Poor Management To start over 20 cars including mine were broken into and no one to my knowledge was compensated or accommodated. They didnt even attempt to investigate the matter just took everyone's information down and left it at that. Valet trash is a BLATANT lie to say the least. This property isn’t livable. The gates do not work, they rusted and been broke down. The siding falling off then thr fire alarm broke and outdoor lights is broke. The community not safe at all. I keep having to report my water heater and ac issues. The trash a problem and there centipedes and mice No body should move here especially for the price. They trippin because the rent increased just because they put down nasty plastic “faux” wood flooring and painted over dirt.
Beauty vs safety…. You choose Within the 5 months I’ve lived here there has been 3 shootings in building 9. The first incident was within the first two weeks and the most recent shooting was 3 days ago. The siding on my unit is riddled with bullets which is the same wall as the kitchen in my unit. Had this been a higher caliber gun the bullets would not have only penetrated the kitchen wall but entered and possibly killing me or causing injury. Best choice. So you know with apartment your gonna have good and bad well I found the good. Let me start by I just moved here now before that I called EVERYDAY. But my leasing agent Crystal she always ready and willing to help (even though I drove her crazy) and Tumeisha( sorry if I misspelt) but they great from the start to finish. Okay. Definitely move here! I relocated from Florida great location near all of the shopping areas and the office staff was very pleasant! All the ladies in the office are very welcoming! The two bedroom i reviewed was very spacious I will definitely be applying online.
Good Stay The Retreat Apartment Homes is a gated, safe and quiet environment. The maintenance handle issues in a timely manner, the Management staff is awesome. Enjoy my residence here. E. Taylor
Don’t do it!!!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! I can not stress that enough. Keep searching, do not settle for this mess. I get one or two huge roaches or weird centipedes in my unit PER DAY and they have the nerve to charge a pest control fee every month. I spray raid around the doors just to keep them at bay and it works better than whatever “pest control” they implemented. People don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s EVERYWHERE. Don’t do it Management is horrible, doesn’t offer anything... no gym or business area. Not with the price at all. Everything is outdated and my shower paint was cracked up making it look like there was a hole there
