I love my apartment & my view from my porch. It's a great property ( looks wise). However the management is horrible!!! The lead maintenance man is FANTASTIC!! Maybe if the owners spent more time doing right by the people living here, versus planting new flowers all the time & putting up a great front for those unaware of their crappy customer service, then it could be better. Because of office schedule and my work schedule, I'm not able to get down there to submit a few maintenance request that I need done to my apt. If someone from the office team can please send me a message so I can submit these. Thanks.
I lived there 2 year 3 months and my lease came up and i moved out and they would not return my DEPOSIT and they would never return my calls.... This complex is horrible and the customer service is just a mess... PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN THERE!!! OMG help you if you do... as you can see by reading these reviews we all say the same... as i lived there we went through 3 different management companies and this last one is the worst.... I work to hard for them to keep my deposit!!! what a joke!!
They don't they even deserve 1 star! I've been here 6 years too long!!!! My rent went up $250 last management change and this apartment doesn't warrant that price at all! Time to go!
Worst apartment community in Charlotte! I worked in property management for 3 years and their customer service is horrible. There is no sympathy or care. They told my I was transferring to a 2nd floor apartment and when I asked for my address 3 days before moving in, they said it was a 3rd floor apartment. All they said was sorry that's all we have, and they won't let me out of my lease BEFORE IT EVEN STARTS!
