RecommendedBeen living at the retreat for going on 4 months now and I am loving it so far haven't found many problems just a couple things that were fixed so far and hoping the rest of my lease stays the same. Also the staff has been helpful for any questions I needed to ask and have been quite good as helping me getting situated with my first apartment with my roommate.

Worst place I ever lived. My place was infested with water bugs and they could never fix the problem (I don't think they really tried). They wouldn't let me break my lease without paying the fee so I lived there and sucked it up with my friends the water bugs. On top of that when I told them I didn't want renew my lease they said if anything exceeds your security deposit we will sue you. Luckily there is an attorney in my family. This place is a joke, water is always off. Garbage at the dumpsters is always overflowing went a full summer with a broken basketball hoop after mentioning it. Just ridiculous, and the amount of bugs is concerning.
Horrible, I had bugs everywhere and the managing company was a disaster too. Never will I move back or recommend!
