This is a gorgeous property with an amazing staff! I’m no longer in Nashville but if I returned, I’d move right back to Retreat at Iron Horse. Alicia is professional and knows all things about the city. I met life long friends at some of the events and it’s going to be hard to call anywhere else HOME! Shout out to the team!
I lived at Iron Horse for 5 yrs. It was nice until about 2 years ago. Things really went downhill when new management took over last summer. The first problem was being outrageously overcharged for water. At one point my water bill tripled for no real reason. When several people started to complain and ask questions, management was very vague which just exacerbated the situation. And if you were too persistent about asking, they got annoyed.
