The absolute worst delivery system ever, delivery has no access to mail room until the leasing office opens, very difficult for them to drop off packages
My friend lives here and the place is gorgeous. The amenities are amazing and leaves my apartment in the Gulch looking super lack luster. I was here when the office was putting on an event for the residents. It was a bingo night get together and it was great. Spoke to the manager when I was there and she took the time to talk to me about being a resident. I think her name was Ashley. I am waiting for my current lease to end so I can move here. The next 3 months can't come fast enough. This place is absolutely amazing.
I moved in to this place in 2022 and it was the definition of perfection. Iron Horse is still good but it’s no longer great. It’s all new staff and it’s completely changed everything. The former maintenance crew fixed everything super quickly and kept the grounds looking picture perfect. The current maintenance crew is much slower to fix things and you consistently see trash on the side walks and apartment hallways. Great for large families with children! Never had any problems with noise - friendly neighbors that are very accommodating of my noisy youngin's!
