We leased with them online from another city without being able to see the property or apartment the assistant manager was very friendly and helped us with everything she stayed in communication very professional and welcoming . I wish they had tours of all the units online they do not all look the same or have in unit washer and dryers. The property is very nice. These Apartments Are Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful… They Are Roach Infested No Matter How Good They Look On The Outside They are dirty and roach infested on the inside… the A/C Unit is so loud when it comes on, The Kitchen Backsplash in some of the units is an old dirty rusty mirror like back in the 80’s, they have the oldest most dirty dinghy white appliances I’ve ever seen in my lifetime they’re so old that they’re off white and yellow on some parts from old buildup these apartments are truly shameful on the inside... read more
My husband and I just signed a lease here and are so excited. The office team was AMAZING during the process, and Crystal was the highlight of everything. Efficent, friendly and everything anyone needs when apartment hunting! We have had a great experience so far!
Keeping myself Anonymous for the sake of avoiding any sort of conflicts with the apartment. I have lived here for a couple of years now and my lease will be going until later this year. The good: The management is pretty friendly. The location is close to a couple of grocery stores The community is gated. The grounds look nice and there is regular landscaping done.
