Please dont move here, Too many hidden charges I dont even use cable but i have to pay this, On top of valet Trash now per person they are charging extra charges for trash. Unnecessary admin fees , Locker fees, Washer dryer fees. You cannot bring your washer dryer, you have spend per month out of pocket. I lived here for 3 years. Had a great time. All the staff and maintenance were very helpful. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. If you live in an apartment in Asheville, I definitely recommend the Retreat @ Arden Farms.
Alysha gave me a tour and was extremely kind and helpful. While I ended up choosing a different property, it was a hard decision and anyone who's thinking about living here would be very happy. It's a great property and the staff are awesome. Rent rates are very competitive and the location is excellent.
Me and my roommate moved in at the end of 2025 and we love the place. I think it’s important to note that Derrick is the one who sold us on our place. He showed us our unit which wasn’t even technically available yet and it happened to just perfectly meet our needs. Derrick has gone above and beyond on providing assistance with our stay.
