I lived here for 6 months roughly and honestly I have nothing good to say about it other than maintenance guys were cool. They gave me the wrong apartment and the wrong lease which was more expensive, then filled the original unit so I was stuck paying more for one I didn't want. A staff member (one of the managers) harassed me by calling me about 8 times over mail I brought to the office (that wasn't mine) and also chased after my car trying to shove another box (again, not my mail) through my barely open car window after I... read more
Note: This review is based on a tour. I am not a resident here. Emily was a fantastic resource; she was very knowledgeable about the complex and costs, and you can tell that she actually cares about the residents and prospective residents. I can see her thriving in a management position. She was the best leasing agent I have interacted with in Asheville thus far!

The staff is a pleasure to work with, and they were definitely a key factor in making the choice to make this place home. Its a stress free, and very well maintained property thats close to literally everything. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Everyday that I'm home it fells like a vacation.
