The food is always good but they mismanaged my reservation for 20 people and didn't have enough waitstaff for my party and another large group.
Service was adequate but by no means great. Ordered roast beef onion soup sandwich (soggy and loaded with onions, very little on the roast beef) also the Boston baked haddock (very low on flavor). Overall, a mediocre experience at best for the price.....
We were here for the state marching band championships and decided to have dinner here- they accommodated our party of 16! It was super fun & great food!!
Food was great however they did not have our reservations written down so we had about 20-30 wait
I loved the Buffalo Chicken Salad which was very similar to my absolute favorite Retreat Salad. My fiancé was not crazy about the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (too much bread). Service was acceptable.
My wife and I are from auburn but frequently visit this place for dinner. (We don't mind the drive because it is so worth it). Last night we had the best experience we've had there in a long time. We had a blonde server, brooke,and she was outstanding. We chatted for a while and she was funny and extremely bubbly. She made out dinner enjoyable with her personality on top of the absolutely remarkable food. My wife had a fish taco and I had a swordfish dish. Outstanding. Thanks Brooke!!!
