My husband and I eat there about every couple of weeks. Always able to sit down in front dinning room, waited on shortly after seated. Food comes in about 15-20 min after order and it is always very good! I love the calamari appetizer, husband and son love the chowder on Friday nights!!! The side dinning room is too dark and dank and for some reason the waitresses seem to take forever. Will Not sit in that area again if I can help it. Awesome food at reasonable prices in a clean setting!
Came in for dinner dining section closed too early on a Saturday night had to sit near the bar music too loud and not appropriate service was bad food took way too long and wasn't good at all will not return
Just sat for lunch..waited for 10 min as servers walked past us. Never acknowledged us. Got up and left.
My burger was over done and I had to stop the waitress and ask for another drink. I also had to take the fork, knife and napkin from another table because she took mine for some reason.
Bad customer service. Food was good but the waitress was awful. It wasn't busy but she had other things to take care of. I also saw the waiter re-used a dirty plate, wipe it with a towel and gave it to a customer sitting in the booth.
