Can’t wait to move in �
Just recently moved in. Evey thing is great amenities all working work out center all equipment working Hopped on it within my 2nd day since i work within a warehouse i try to stay in shape. Since im by the forest side expected some bug issues .didnt see a single roach or spider so far . bug barriers will keep it that way hopefully. Staff is on point had Ac issues they fixed it ASAP im super thankful for that the 80-90degree weather would have made coming home from work hard. This is a very unclean nasty roach infested property. The manager and head of maintenance need 2 be fired. The dumpster smells horrible and sits in the parking lot. The manager never walk the property, if she did she would see the filth in the breezeways and stairs. If you need anything fixed you'll have a long wait. When you walk out your door you have to step over trash and toys that are left in the breezeways. The stairs and breezeways are filthy, nasty, disgusting.
