Racist behavior from Autumn the office staff. I'm actually happy she treated me in such manner it motivated me to purchase my own home after wasting five year worth of rent money to this property to be treated with such disrespect. and the kicker was the former property manager was my realtor 😀

Had someone accidentally start a fire in their unit and this has been sitting outside of my door for a little over a month. Got in touch with the leasing office a few weeks ago and nothing. Seems to be a lack of communication between maintenance and the rent office. Every month they place these very tacky and distasteful "RENT IS NOW DUE"/"RENT IS NOW LATE" signs in the ground as soon as you pull into the complex. WE DO HAVE PALM TREES THO! 😉 Palm trees in Georgia......figured I'd end on a good note
