The most unprofessional office I have ever been in. Not only do you wait over 2 hours past your appointment time the staff is also rude, gossips around patients, forgets patients are in the rooms. No one explains procedures and what to expect after them. No one has a clue whats going on around them. And to top it off after a painful procedure when you just want to get home the woman at check out dilly dallys around and ignores you. Dr. Lee has helped with prolonging my vision for the past two years. Although he can be rude his work trumps his attitude and the wait that always comes with each visit. I have heard complaints about the wait every time I have gone which is irritating as a patient because I know that it takes multiple drops to get where your eyes need to be because he is working so far back in the eye and it takes time for the eye to open. Get another referral unless you like sitting in a waiting room for over 2 hours! Apparently this is how they normally do business! Bad form!
Rude staff and rude nurses. We have been here since 9:40am, appointment was at 10am. It is now 12:42pm. Don't go here unless you have to.
Well we have currently been here for three hours. I'm sure the Dr is a good man and highly skilled but you don't greet a patient then leave the room. My grandmother and I are waiting for the Dr to return to give her her results. It's been over 10 minutes since he left the room. I don't find this professional at all.
Expect to spend 2 hours in the office for every appointment but it's worth it. Dr. Lee is awesome!
I hate the wait 2 hour minimum but I guess that's what I have to put up with the best doctor
Here at 11:45am for a12:00pm appointment, and didn't get back in the office until 1:30. This is unacceptable. As good as you claim to be keeping people waiting this long is not good.
