they dont work with patients on scheduling. its there way or no way. very inconvenient when the patient cannot drive and counting on working family to get them to appointments
While the doctors are exceptional, there is absolutely no concern or care for the patients’ time. Be prepared for at least a 3 hr wait.
I thought I had previously left a review for Retina & Vitreous, however, I must have not finished in the past. I wanted to let everyone know how fortunate we are to have a retina specialist with Doctor Lee's caliber in our area. A few years ago, at a routine eye exam our eye doctor had discovered what he suspected as retinal tears in both of my wife's eyes. Been to 2 other retina Drs and wasn’t happy. Love this place
I really did not like this place. The wait even with a scheduled appointment is over 3 hours. They don't put the eye drops in on time. My wife's eye sight is worse after Dr. Lee used the laser. They say it had to heal well a year later no change still worse. I am sure they don't care as long as you pay them. They get their money and will waste you life in their waiting room. Go to a better place..
Chaotic and slow. Sometimes not respecting patient and family. Dr. Lee does good work, but I never want to come here again.
