I am Very Satisfied with Dr. Schuler and Her staff!
Dr. shular is amazing, caring and knowledgeable and all the staff are very friendly also. The only issue I have is with Dr. Shular's male tech who speaks to the patient before she enters the room, not that I would call how he interacts with the patient is speaking, I would call it more of an interrogation, in a very demeaning manner, when my daughter was trying to describe what she has and is still experiencing. We could even overhear him outside the exam room basically calling my daughter a liar about her previous diagnosis... read more
I had a tear in my retina while on vacation and needed emergency laser surgery. Dr Maggie Shuler and her staff got me in immediately. The office staff are very kind people. I observed them with other patients in the waiting room and everyone was treated with patience and respect. Dr. Shuler is very professional, she took the time to explain my situation and she VERY skilled in surgery. I left with my retina back in tact, no pain, & no further issues. She is the BEST!
I am not a patient of this practice, nor are any of my family members. I actually called to find out if they would see my daughter for a somewhat urgent matter. Jennifer is the woman who took my call. I explained to her my very in depth situation that involved a long night in multiple ERs from PCB to Pensacola, an appointment with another opthalmologist, and a referral to another provider closer to home for tomorrow afternoon that was cancelled due to my child being a minor. Excellent and Most Highly Recommended! Primary Attributes: > Highest Quality Ophthalmic care; > Dr Schuler is an exceptional Opthalmologist; > Entire staff is professional and personable; > RSI provides "patient-focused" services including medical care, follow-up, scheduling, billing, etc. Very Good and Very Busy. I have experienced 15 to 30 minute "wait periods" following Check-In.
