While she is very kind she doesn't seem to have it together to treat our 90yr old mother properly. We wait for more than an hour to get the drops to numb her eye and spend almost 2 hours there for a 915am appointment. Her staff doesn't seem to know what's going on which could be due to a constant high turnover. Makes you wonder why there are so many different staff rotating through this office. Mom has macular degeneration and so she goes for eye injections monthly which she is now able to see much better, so we are thankful... read more
Dr Klaas takes the time and very knowledgeable and answers all my concerns She is very kind and always goes beyond to explain things and has helped my vision I would recommend her to anyone needing good care of their vision She's the best!
